WOW! Scott, there are no words to explain how satisfied my wife and I are with our new TV. You have gone far above and beyond what any franchise chain store could ever do! We are so blessed and grateful to have taken our business to you. We feel like we are getting the best bang for our buck, and really stretching out every dollar to get the best that's out there. In Oct. I had a cd player put in my '99 mercury and Isaac helped us just wanted to thank you for the great service, speedy install and good product. We had gone to Independence Audio many years ago for a cd player and are still pleased with the quality of work.

Gary, I'm not sure if company is interested in feedback from an experience with one of your distributors. I just wanted to tell you that I had a very positive experience with Independence Audio. They tested the sub woofer which tested fine. However when I expressed my frustration because it was not working properly in my home theater system they took the time to explain the settings on my tuner and I was able to resolve my problem and once again have a working sub woofer. Even thought they did not sell me the unit they took the extra step to help me out. Their representative George Wilson was very helpful. This is the third audio company I've worked with in the last two years and I was very impressed with their customer service.

Thought you'd like to hear this... Picked Kimberly up at the airport at 3PM. I had queued everything up and turned the stereo off so that on the way home I could just hit power and let it surprise her. I picked a song that started with an acoustic guitar and added in vocals, electric/ bass guitar, and full drums over time. Afterwards the mids and bass started in ( it wasn't "booming") she commented, "it's good to get back in a car that has a halfway decent sound system compared th that rental car." I almost couldn't keep a straight face. A minute or so in to the song she said, "how does the bass sound that good with the bass knob [on the OEM stereo] turned half-way down?

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the home theater installation you completed last week for me. The technician's went the extra mile to make sure my wife was comfortable with the electronics. At the end of the installation then even vacuumed up the area! You have me sold and will get all of my business going forward. I initially attempted to have NFM complete the install, but was told upon arrival it could not be done. Well I have pictures that tell a different story.

I may have been one of your first customers back in the late 70's. I saved and
saved while in high school to buy my HSL series 5 speakers which I still have
today. I grew up in Independence and these speakers have traveled many places
with me over the years but now that I am looking to buy new equipment I am
curious if I should stick with these. The only info I find online suggests they
were made by a company in Ft. Collins, CO.
