DLP Technology
DLP technology is used in rear projection TVs or front projectors. A “digital light projector” uses a chip installed in each electronic that outputs a picture through mini mirrors opening and closing. It’s a technology used for the projection of images (either rear panel, or front projection) as opposed to flat panel TVs.
DLP technology was developed by Texas Instruments and allows electronics manufacturers to create televisions and projectors that output excellent picture quality on a very large image. DLP technology is most often used in home theater rooms.
